Paid RigPlane Pro purchases are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. Refunds are governed by Paddle's official Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. RigPlane follows Paddle's policy for Paddle transactions without adding separate refund rules.
Paddle Refund Policy
Please review Paddle's Refund Policy at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy. For purchases processed by Paddle, Paddle's Refund Policy controls refund eligibility, timing, processing, chargebacks, disputes, and updates to the policy.
How to Request a Refund
To withdraw, cancel, or request a refund, use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email, use the support link provided in your receipt or billing page, or visit Paddle buyer support at paddle.net.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle under Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.
License After Refund
If you receive a refund in accordance with Paddle's policy, access to the relevant RigPlane Pro product will cease.
